An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $16,123 As Partial Funding For Departure Area Improvements, Funding Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration And Passenger Facility Charges.
b. Ordinance 2005-11(D) Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $763,778 As Funding For The Purchase Of Four Capital Transit Buses, Funding Provided By The Federal Transit Administration And The Fleet Replacement Reserve Fund.
c. Ordinance 2005-25
An Ordinance Providing For The Levy And Collection Of A Temporary 1% Areawide Sales Tax On The Sales Price Of Retail Sales, Rentals, And Services Performed Within The City And Borough Of Juneau, Such Tax To Be Effective On January 1, 2006, For A Period To Be Determined Based Upon The Voters’ Selection, The Proceeds Of Which The Assembly Intends To Use For Certain Capital Improvement Projects, And Calling For An Election On Whether Such Sales Tax Should Be So Levied.
