This meeting will be held with the client to confirm the proposal scope and approach and to review the work plan in detail. It is our experience that a thorough review at this time to identify areas of concern, emphasis and refinement with the client helps to assure a more effective study process. At this meeting, we will also establish communication protocols, a more detailed study schedule and project administrative procedures, agreement on the case studies (Activity 3), the Activity 4 interview guide, and the Activity 4 interview list.
