Q. Just read the question about the 4way stop at Threadneedle and Trafalgar and agree that this is a problem. Another problem is that there are frequently cars from one of the residences at that corner parked either on the sidewalk or on the edge of the road. That intersection is usually pretty slick during the winter, and the cars are posing a hazard as you come around a blind curve into the intersection. The driveways are almost at the stop sign - but isn't there a rule about parking on the road that close to a stop sign or intersection?

Here is the appropriate restriction:
72.02.340 (2) (E) or (F) address this issue…
No person may stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge passengers:
(E) Within ten feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
(F) Within 30 feet on the approach side of a flashing signal, stop sign, yield sign or traffic control signal located at the side of the roadway.
