The Planning Commission will not be reviewing the ORV proposals at its regularly scheduled meeting of Tuesday, April 22, 2008. The applicant has requested that the hearing be postponed until additional noise information can be submitted for the proposed use and site. When the additional information is submitted to the Community Development Department, staff will consult with the Planning Commission to determine whether an additional public comment period is necessary. Public testimony for the below proposals will be closed on April 15, 2008.
