USE20100004 A Conditional Use Permit to reduce the rear yard setback from 20
feet to 5 feet on a lot adjacent to a CBJ Greenbelt for construction of
a one-story two-car garage and master bathroom. The development
would also encroach into the 50' streamside setback of Duck Creek
and requires an approved streamside setback variance, per
VAR20100004.
