     VAR2010 0005     A variance request to allow Tract 5 of U.S.S. 1510 to be subdivided
                                     into two parcels; both of the created parcels would be 34,251 sq.
                                     ft., which does not meet the minimum lot size of 36,000 sq. ft. as
                                     requirement by Section CBJ49.25.400 Table of Dimensional
                                     Standards.
