TXT2006-00005 Amendment to eliminate the front and street side yard setback requirement in the Mixed Use (MU) zoning district listed in the Table of Dimensional Standards, §49.25.400, and to allow architectural features and canopies to encroach farther into required setbacks in the Mixed Use 2 (MU2) zoning district at §49.25.430.
