TXT2006-00008 An amendment to Title 49, the Land Use Code, to add cruise ship berthing and lightering as a specific use under Sec.49.65 Specified Use Provisions. This amendment defines cruise ship berthing and lightering and its permitting process. It establishes an overlay district where this use is permitted, and creates a procedure for amending the overlay district boundary.
