Draft findings developed by staff for the Conditional Use Permit to develop an OHV Park at the Lower Fish Creek Quarry (USE2007-00038) and the Conditional Use Permit to allow a recreational vehicle trailer to be used as a caretaker residence at the Fish Creek OHV Park (USE2008-00006), which were denied by the Planning Commission on June 24, 2008.
