The Consent Agenda includes items of business which may not require separate discussion.  When the Chairman calls for public comment on the Consent Agenda, you may raise your hand and the Chairman will recognize you asking which item(s) you wish to have removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and action.  Following removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, the Planning Commission votes on the remaining items in one motion. 

 

FIL2006-00001*     Request to waive the requirement for 12 parking spaces through the Fee In Lieu of Parking program
Location:         265 SOUTH FRANKLIN STREET

*Due to issues with the CDD database, it appears that Fee In Lieu of Parking cases will not be designated with the “FIL” case type.  However, as this issue has not been resolved as of this date, this initial Fee In Lieu of Parking case is given the FIL designation.  This case will have a new number assigned to it, if necessary, once the database issues have been resolved.
