  2. REVIEW PROPOSED CHANGES TO COMP PLAN
  1. Waterside Park (4910 N. Douglas Hwy.) - change from Low Density Residential (RDR(T)ULDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR).
  2. A review of the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate Gastineau Avenue from Mixed Use (MU) to Meduium Density Residential (MDR).
  3. Consider the designation of important habitat areas within CBJ lands east of Auke Lake as Open Space.
