Mila Cosgrove, Director of Human Resources
Mila Cosgrove has worked in the human resources field for over 25 years.
She holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification from the
Society for Human Resource Management, a Certified Human Resource Professional
certification from the International Public Management Association – Human
Resources, and is a graduate of the Pacific Program for Catalytic Leadership.
Mila has a BA in Psychology from the Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
During her career, Mila has held positions in both the private and public
sectors. She has special expertise in the areas of labor and employee
relations, training and organization development, classification and pay,
and recruitment and selection. In addition to working for the CBJ, Mila
has held positions locally with the Alaska Public Employees Association as
the Southeast Regional Manager and with the State of Alaska, as Personnel
Specialist, Labor Relations Specialist, Workforce Planning and Development
Manager, Management Services Manager, and Director of Personnel. She has
been the Human Resources and Risk Management Director for the CBJ since May
of 2006.
