  • On January 28, 2008, the FMLA was expanded to include employees caring for an injured service member, as well as those who have a family member called to active duty, as a qualifying reason. As the federal Department of Labor works to finalize regulations to clarify the new language, the CBJ is working to update its policy and forms. In the interim if you believe you have a FMLA claim associated with a member of the military service, please contact the HR&RM office for assistance in processing your claim.
