- Review CBJ financial positions up to Pay Range 20 for correct classification placement and salary range assignment .

Primary Project Objectives
- To assure consistency of position allocation, accuracy of class specifications and minimum qualifications, as well as proper salary alignment.
- Currently, there are 30 positions allocated to 16 job classifications. At this time we do not anticipate that there will be a reduction in the number of overall job classifications.
- To define/clarify career ladders for this series.

Milestone 2 - Data Collection (7/1/08 - 7/22/08 8/7/08)
- Project kick off. HR will hold a meeting in Chambers with respective departments and impacted employees to explain the project and request updated position descriptions (if needed). – July 1, 2008
- Updated position descriptions due back from departments – July 22, 2008. Received all position descriptions as of 8/7/08.

- All positions descriptions reviewed against current class specifications – gaps identified - August 15, 2008
- Additional information gathered about work performed from desk audits and management interviews – August 18-September 17, 2008
