2006 Model Codes (and 2008 NEC) Now Effective
The City and Borough of Juneau’s Assembly approved Ordinance 2009-16(b
to repeal and reenact Title 19 Building Regulations Code and Chapter 3.30 Building and Fire Code Fine Schedules on September 21, 2009. This ordinance is effective October 22, 2009. This means that projects are required to be submitted under the 2006 editions of the models building codes and the 2008 NEC as adopted and modified by CBJ Title 19 Building Regulations .
