• NEW!  Downtown Historic District Design Standards and Guidelines Final Report – Over the past year, the CBJ Community Development Department has been working with Winter & Company Consulting to develop new design standards and guidelines for the Downtown Historic District.  These new design standards and guidelines will help to preserve the character and identity of Downtown Juneau.  Click here to view the Final Report.

• UPDATED!!  CBJ Comprehensive Plan Update - The CBJ Comprehensive Plan, July 2008 Draft for Planning Commission Recommendation to the Assembly is now available for public review.

• FINAL Downtown Long Range Waterfront Plan - Adopted by the City and Borough of Juneau on October 25, 2004 (Ordinance 2004-40). Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. with Aurora Consulting, McDowell Group, and Peratrovich, Nottingham & Drage, Inc.

• Revisions to the Juneau Coastal Management Program - The City and Borough of Juneau has hired LaRoche and Associates to assist with the revisions to the JCMP. Click to view the progress and details of the revision.

• Subport Plan - The Subport Vicinity Revitalization Plan, a proposed revision of the Juneau Comprehensive Plan is now available.
