Historic Downtown Walking Tour

Join a local Juneau-Douglas City Museum guide for a stroll through part of Juneau's original townsite. Learn how Juneau's mining past changed the landscape

The Historic Downtown Walking Tour is a moderate walk, involving stairs and uphill and downhill walking. 


Tour Offerings:

The Historic Downtown Walking Tour is available May through September on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 1:30pm. All tours begin at the Juneau-Douglas City Museum on the corner of 4th and Main Streets.


Walking Tour Fees: Admission to the Museum is included as well as teatime in the John Olds house and the opportunity for a 10% discount in the Museum shop.

$25 Adults -13 & older

$20 Youth -12 and under
