Building Maintenance

 

Building Maintenance's mission is to provide superb and responsive service to all CBJ facilities.  Building Maintenance maintains 40 facilities with includes over 775,000 square feet of building space.  The division performs more than 5,000 work orders each year and responds to over 50 emergency call annually.  Staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
