This boating safety class is being taught by the Coast Guard Auxiliary and will give you the knowledge needed to obtain a boating safety certificate in Alaska. This course is a National Association of Boating Law Administrators course recognized nationwide. Many boat insurance companies will offer a discount to boaters who have successfully completed About Boating Safely instruction. Click on the link for class information. DATES ARE: October 19; 1 to 5 p.m. and October 26; 1 to 6 p.m. at Thunder Mountain High School Library, $30 per person ($50 per couple) pay at class Oct. 19.
