Picnic Shelters Reservations
PARK HOURS: 7 A.M. TO 12 MIDNIGHT
Shelter Reservations are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Fee: $26.25 per hour (includes tax) with a maximum charge of $210 for 7am to 10pm rental.
Reservations for April 7, 2017 through September 10, 2017 can be made beginning January 30th, 2017. No faxed or mailed in requests will be accepted from January 30 - February 3, 2017 (Reservations in person only during this period).
Reservations can be made in-person at 155 S. Seward St., Rm. 218, emailed, faxed or mailed to the Juneau Parks & Recreation office.
No reservations are needed to use our shelters from September 12, 2016 through April 6, 2017, during this time shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will accept shelter reservations for 2017 beginning Monday, January 30, 2017.No faxed or mailed in requests will be accepted from January 30 - February 3, 2017 (Reservations in person only during this period).
We do not accept reservations without payment.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and need to be made at least three (3) days prior to date of shelter use. You may call Parks & Recreation for shelter availability at 586-5226.
Fires in parks
BOUNCY HOUSE and VENDING POLICY: If you are using a vendor at CBJ Parksite for catering or entertainment, that vendor must have a valid CBJ vending permit displayed on site at your event. They are subject to JPD ticketing of violations. Contact Parks & Recreation Administrative Office for details at 586-5226. First Come - First Serve Facilities
The following parks have picnic areas available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parks & Recreation does not take reservations for these areas.
