Description Outer border of plate gold gilt and "ruffled" with triangular white shapes. Punch-out pattern within diamond and triangular shapes; punch-out pattern within oblong shapes; gilt pinstriping between these borders. Center circle painted in color of five "Thlinget" women seated with landscape behind.
Inscription: "MADE IN GERMANY"
"OLD THLINGET WOMEN / FUNTER BAY, ALASKA"

Notes Used by Feusi family of Douglas.
Thlinget is the original spelling of Tlingit.
