Mt. Jumbo / Terry Miller Gymnasiums

Mt. Jumbo Gym is a rental facility located in Douglas, AK.  Birthday parties, soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, play equipment and toys for preschoolers...  the fun that can be had at the gym is endless! 

Looking for a rental facility September-December, 2010?

Fall 2010 reservations will be accepted starting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2010 - for reservations September7-December 31, 2010.  Forms are available below; contact the office at 586-5226 with questions and for availability.

PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM FEE INCREASE

The fee for the Preschool Open Gym (10:30a.m.-Noon, Monday-Friday) is increasing to $2/child beginning September 7, 2010.  The Buy 10/Get 1 Free pass is now $20.

Conservation Notice:  In an effort to continue to conserve energy, only 1/2 of the lights will be turned on for the Preschool Open Gym sessions, Monday-Friday, 10:30am-12:00pm.  Other rental groups are encouraged to help us conserve as well!  Thanks for your cooperation.   Mt. Jumbo Staff

 

H1N1 Flu Virus Information Sheet - Click Here.  In an effort to keep things clean at Jumbo we have provided users with this information sheet on the virus and how to help keep it from spreading.  We ask that parents do not bring sick children to the preschool open gym.  Staff will be sanitizing surfaces and all toys on a daily basis.  Thank you for you cooperation in this very serious health issue.

No wet or dirty footwear is allowed on the gym floor or play equipment (adults and children - users and spectators - all rentals and programs).  If you wish to wear shoes during your activity, please carry a clean pair of athletic/tennis shoes to the gym.  NO STREET OR BLACK SOLES SHOES!  Your cooperation in helping to keep the floor and play equipment in good condition will be greatly appreciated.
