Where can I get swim lesson registration forms? Registration forms for both the Augustus Brown Pool and Dimond Park Aquatic Center can be obtained at either facility, Parks & Recreation office and on the internet at:

How do I register? Submit a completed registration form and payment to the pool during the designated registration period (see Swim Lesson Registration Sechedule). Registration forms can be faxed or dropped-off at:
When are the facilities open to accept drop-off registrations? Drop-off registrations are accepted at both facilities during business hours.
Is payment required at the time of registration? Yes, payment must be made at the time of registration.
How do I determine which level to enroll my child? Lesson descriptions can be obtained by clicking here. If you are unable to determine which level to enroll your child, please call us for assistance. If needed, we will be happy to test your child prior to registration. How are registrations processed? We process registrations on a first come, first served basis. We date and timestamp each registration as it is received. This is how staff determines the order of enrollment.
Is there a minimum enrollment required for a class to be held? Yes, if there are two or less participants enrolled in a class, the class will be canceled. Notice will be given on the first day of space available registration of any changes in the scheduling.
What happens if the level which was requested is full? Participants who submit registration during the 'Fax/Drop-Off Registration' period and are not enrolled into the class of their choice, will be automatically enrolled into the next swim lesson session only.
During space available registration participants who are not enrolled into the class of their choice will be waited-listed for the current swim lesson session only.
How do I enroll for special interest or advanced training classes? If you are interested in any of the special interest or advanced training classes, please request your name and telephone number to placed on our interested parties list, with identification of the type of class you are interested in. You will be contacted when there is sufficient interest to offer the class.
Parks & Recreation Refund Policy Credit or refund will be given if:
There is no service charge if credit is requested. Credit can be used for any Parks & Recreation programs or facilities.
There will be a $5.00 service charge for refunds of youth programs and a $10.00 service charge for refunds of adult programs.
Scholarships Scholarships are available through The City and Borough of Juneau, Parks & Recreation Department. Scholarship applications are available at Augustus Brown Pool, Dimond Park Aquatic Center and at Parks & Recreation Main Office.
Completed scholarship applications must be submitted to Parks & Recreation office for approval prior to submitting registration for lessons. Approved scholarships, will only be accepted as payment.
