                                      ~ Aqua Aerobics ~

Aqua aerobics is a low impact total body workout that will help tone and strengthen you.  We will use noodles, kickboards and aqua dumbbells.  Taught in the shallow end of the large pool, this class is a great way to get in shape and have some good old fashioned fun!

Class Dates:

 

Mon, Wed, Fri:   6 - 7 am

 

Tue, Thurs: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

 

Sat: 11am - Noon

                                                                      ~ Aqua Zumba ~

"The Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting, and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.

                                       ~Hydrofit~

In the 1990s runners discovered the benefits of deep water running for cross training and rehabilitation. Equipment like buoyancy belts and ankle cuffs were designed to enhance the natural buoyancy and resistance of the water. Hydro-fit deep-water aerobics is all about moving more water and creating more resistance for a great workout. The wide variety of exercises can enhance athletic ability and performance and improve endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. It is also good for rehab after an injury.

    ~Stretch Aquatics~

This program focuses on  moving slowly in the water to help improve balance & gait. Lights are turned down, soft music is incorporated to create a relaxing environment. 

.

This class is especially helpful for wounded warriors, people recovering from car accidents or surgeries or those experiencing limited physical mobility.
