~ Aqua Aerobics ~ Aqua aerobics is a low impact total body workout that will help tone and strengthen you. We will use noodles, kickboards and aqua dumbbells. Taught in the shallow end of the large pool, this class is a great way to get in shape and have some good old fashioned fun!
~ Aqua Zumba ~ "The Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting, and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
