July 27th, 2016: A Road to Housing: Jackie Street Ribbon Cutting

On July 27th from 12:00pm-1:00pm, the City and Borough of Juneau will be hosting a Jackie Street Ribbon Cutting at the intersection of Jackie Street and Renninger Street (right before Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School). Introductions to begin at 12:10pm. Parking available at Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School.

 

Please join the CBJ and surrounding neighbors including Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School and Gruening Park Apartments to commemorate the development successes behind Lemon Creek’s new road to housing in Juneau. There will also be a short speech made in honor of former Juneau Police Department Officer Jackie Renninger who served the community with compassion and dedication.  

August 23rd, 2016: Stabler's Point Quarry Conditional Use Permit

Starting at 7pm on August 23rd in Assembly Chambers will be a public hearing on a Stabler's Point Conditional use permit for an extention to year 2026 and expansion of the blast size and area of the rock quarry operations.
