Vendor Application Form
CBJ may utilize its vendor list for solicitations to notify vendors of upcoming bid opportunities. Be sure to complete the entire form and provide accurate information. If you wish to update your information, you must call the Purchasing Division at (907) 586-5258 and we will update your application. It is the vendor's responsibility to keep their information current. Vendors who become inactive in responding to notifications or solicitations, or who provide inaccurate information may be removed from the list. Completing this form does not guarantee issuance of notification of a bid or RFP by the City.
