Mary Norcross, Controller

Mary Norcross was born in Traverse City, Michigan and moved to Juneau in 1984. Mary is married to Tom Rutecki and they have two children.

Mary has a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA with emphasis in accounting from Western Michigan University. She obtained a CPA certification in 1982. Mary was hired by the City as an Accountant in 1984 and was promoted to the Controller position in 1987. Prior to coming to work for the CBJ she worked in certified public accounting for 5 years.
