Anne Stadnychenko, Purchasing Officer
Anne Stadnychenko was born in Philadelphia, PA. She received her Bachelors
degree from Temple University and her Masters degree from University
of Toronto. After an internship with the City of Toronto, Anne worked
as an environmental, energy & land use consultant. Her career shifted
to the public sector with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey,
where she worked in planning and procurement/contracting for the Aviation
Department. Anne moved to Alaska in 1997 and became the City and Borough’s
Y2K project manager in October 1998. In 2000, Ms. Stadnychenko became
the Purchasing Officer, overseeing the City’s Purchasing Division. Anne
lives “out the road” with her husband and borrowed cat.
