Description:
Phase I consists of the installation of the water system and associated improvements on Chatham Drive from Alaway Avenue to Belardi Drive. Additional work may include storm drainage and pedestrian facility improvements if available funding allows.
The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, ie. scoping, engineering, surveying, design, constructability review, bid period assistance and other services as necessary, to complete bid-ready contract documents for this Project.
