Description: The reconstruction project consists of reconstruction of 2nd Street in Douglas. The project will be developed to repair or replace the Bear Creek Crossing, improve storm drainage, including underground storm drainage and potential under drain system, update and/or replace water and sewer systems, install curb and gutter and sidewalk and other improvements that may be necessary in this area.
