Description: o Remove five existing valves and replace with three new 12” diameter water valves, fittings and piping in South Franklin Street as shown. Remove and replace asphalt concrete paving and D-1 sub-base in South Franklin Street as shown. o Remove and replace two 12” flanged water valves in the Mill Tunnel Pressure Reducing Building. o Connect to the existing 4” PVC drain line from the Mill Tunnel Pressure Reducing Building and extend it approximately 60’ to a drainage swale located south of the building.
