The City and Borough of Juneau, Engineering Department is soliciting quotes for the above referenced project. Work includes the following:
Provide a 2-Ply hot tar roof system as required to extend the life of the existing built-up roofing system for a minimum of 1 year on the Activated Bio-Filter (ABF) building at the Mendenhall Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant. Repair any bubbles, punctures, or other damage prior to application of coating. Follow the relevant recommendations of the National Roofing Contractors Association for repairs and coating application.
The Contractor shall have until May 30th 2012, to complete all Work as described.
