    Description:
    Provide commercial painting services to the CBJ. The proposed term contract will cover small projects not-to-exceed $50,000.00 each. Three Contractors will be selected. Work will be contracted on a rotational basis among the selected three. Work under this term contract shall include but not be limited to interior and exterior painting and may also include patching and other minor repairs and preparation of surfaces to be painted.
