Project consists of demolition, removal, disposal, and final site grading of three dilapidated structures and cleanup and disposal of a variety of household and mechanical debris located at 5785 Montana Creek Road, Juneau. Structures include a 926-sf house, wood frame construction, on piling and failed concrete perimeter foundation. House spans one of two floodplain channels of Montana Creek. Immediately adjacent to the house is one 240-sf wooden shed, and southwest of the house is an approximately 100-sf wooden A-frame shed. All structures are in moderate to severe disrepair. Site is accessed from east to west by a short wooden bridge of unknown structural integrity across one channel of Montana Creek.
