    The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and perform all Work for weld and related repairs to the heat exchanger unit on the City & Borough of Juneau’s (CBJ’s) fluidized bed bio-solids incinerator located at the JDWWTP in Juneau, Alaska. The heat exchanger unit is approximately six years old and repairs are needed at the upper and lower tube sheet connections of 48 heat exchange tubes.
