"How long do you want your season to last?"
There are always a lot of folks talking about why Eaglecrest does not stay open longer in the spring. There are several reasons. Interest wanes and Eaglecrest can not cover its costs. The weather can be an issue. In addition, keeping key staff is problematic as they start returning to their summer jobs.
This Season Eaglecrest will test the interest and is offering an "Extend the Season" pass option. If 300 people are willing to commit $79 by November 8th, Eaglecrest will stay open two extra weekends: April 17, 18, 24 and 25. Only Ptarmigan will operate from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Extend the Season Pass offer is not avaliable by phone. Please show your interest by signing up today. If we do not receive 300 applicants, your credit card will not be charged. There will be no refunds for poor weather conditions. We need to make a commitment to the staff, so they will work regardless of the conditions. If for some reason, Eaglecrest does not have enough snow to operate for 2 extra weekends, refunds will not be issued.
