02-05-2016 12:39:32:Official snowfall up top is 13 inches in the past 48 hours. Conditions are powdery, no sticky factor at all today. East and West Bowl are open. The goods are all around!

Mountain Operations staff made snow earlier in the week and has been grooming the mountain in full force. Expect some great groomer skiing out East. Plus, off trail skiing on the upper mountain should still be improving with this new snow. The forecast looks like more of the same ahead. As long as the temps stay cold, we will be getting snow. So if you see rain at sea level, you better give us a look and see what it’s like up here.

For today– Ptarmigan, Hooter, and Porcupine Chairlifts will run from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Bowls close at least 30 minutes before last chair. Cross country skiing is groomed for both skating and classic styles on the upper Nordic loop, access via the Trickster trail. Low snow conditions do exist on the lower mountain.

The whole month of February our Retail and Repair Shops will have great deals: $10 off full tunes, $5 off edge/wax combos, and T-Shirts for just $13! Thought for the day is “plan on groomers, hope of soft turns in the bowls”
