Community is invited to meet
the Eaglecrest General Manager finalists
Juneau, AK- July 8 –The Eaglecrest Board of Directors would like to invite the Juneau community to meet the four finalists for the Eaglecrest General Manager position. An informal reception will be held on Friday, July 15th, from 4:30pm – 6:00pm at City Hall in Assembly Chambers. This will be an opportunity for the public to meet the candidates and speak with them in an informal setting.
The final selection process is scheduled for July 14 – 16, and will be held in Assembly Chambers. The candidates will participate in a full Assessment Center, which is a series of exercises designed to mirror actual situations encountered by the General Manager in day to day duties. Parts of the Assessment Center will be open to the general public. Specifically, the public may observe exercises on Thursday, July 14th from 2:30 to 4:30 and on Friday, July 15th, from 8:45 to 4:00. Candidates will be making a short, informal presentation about their background and experience and answering questions from the public on Friday, just prior to the community reception. These presentations will occur between 2:00 and 4:00.
