The
cbj-notices listserv provides up-to-the-minute
information about CBJ meetings and public service announcements. The
cbj-notices listserv
notifies interested citizens of CBJ public meeting dates and materials
for the Assembly, the Assembly standing and ad hoc committees, which
are the Assembly Committee of the Whole, Human Resources, Lands, Finance,
Public Works and Facilities, Waterfront Development, and the CIP Ad
Hoc Committee.
cbj-notices
is an announcement only list. The volume of messages on the list
is expected to be moderate.
Many
of the notices will include information about online posting of meeting
packets, which include agendas, minutes, pending legislation, staff
reports, public testimony and a variety of other supporting material.
Other notices will be public information notices received from state
and federal agencies pertaining to issues affecting the City and Borough
of Juneau and its residents.

The
clerk's office attempts to post packets on-line at least 4 days prior
to a meeting. Subscribers to the cbj-notices email list
will receive a message announcing that packets have been posted.
Subscribers will
also receive public service announcements regarding any changes to
meeting dates, times and locations.

a message with a blank subject line and nothing in the body of the

UNSUBSCRIBING:
Send
a message with a blank subject line and nothing in the body of the
message to your personal unsubscribe address. Your personal unsubscribe
address will be appended to the end of every posting you receive from
the cbj-notices list.

may also subscribe, unsubscribe, and change your member options at
any time
through the web interface.
