Description: The Bidding Review Board shall hear protests as provided by Chapter 53.50 of the CBJ Purchasing Code Membership: The board is is made up of 5 persons. Officers: Chair Quorum: 3 Term Limits: No member of the bidding review board who has served for three consecutive terms or nine years shall again be eligible for appointment until one full year has intervened, provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply: (1) If there are no other qualified applicants at the time reappointment is considered by the assembly human resources committee, or (2) To qualified board members serving in board seats for which a specific occupation or expertise is set forth by ordinance. Annual Appointment Period (Annual Reports Due): September Meetings: At the call of the chair, upon receipt of an appeal by the Clerk's Office.
