The Incident Command Center, located at the Juneau Police Department that had been jointly staffed by the U. S. Coast Guard, the City & Borough of Juneau, the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, and Cruise Line Agencies has been demobilized. Future operations, including investigation and salvage operations, will be directed out of the U. S. Coast Guard office in Juneau.

Requests for public information on the operations will be handled by Chief Barry Lane at the U. S. Coast Guard public information office at 463-2065.

Families of passengers may call 1-800-434-1232, guest services for Majestic America Line, for information about the passengers.
