B. The Bartlett Regional Hospital Board has the following open seats: 1 Public seat and up to 2 Physician seats for full terms beginning January 1, 2009 and expiring December 31, 2011 and 1 vacant Public seat for a term beginning immediately and expiring December 31, 2009.

6:50: Dr. Alex Malter – confirmed

7:00: Bob Wysocki – confirmed telephonic interview

7:10: Kevin Sullivan - (Incumbent) - confirmed

7:20: Dr. Nathan Piemann – (Incumbent) - will try to do telephonic interview

The Committee may enter into executive session for this item.

IV. ADJOURNMENT

Immediately following adjournment of the Human Resources Committee a Special Assembly meeting will be held to make appointments to the Planning Commission and Hospital Board.
