IV. Juneau School District Budget Presentation (pp. none)
Sally Saddler, JSD Board President, Glen Gelbrich, Superintendent, and David Means, Administrative Services Director, will present the School District FY12 Revised Budget. There is no new information beyond what has already been presented to the Assembly regarding the JSD FY12 budget.

No action is required at this time. At the April 27, 2011 Special Assembly Meeting, the Assembly is required, by motion, to indicate the amount of funding to be made available from the CBJ for the JSD general operations.

V. Alaska Committee (p. 3)
Wayne Jensen, Alaska Committee Chair, will present the Alaska Committee’s FY12 budget request, a copy of which is included in the packet.

The AFC should make a recommendation to the full Assembly regarding the Alaska Committee’s request.

VI. Bartlett Regional Hospital Budget Presentation (pp. 4 - 11)
Kristen Bomengen, BRH Board Chair, Kevin Sullivan, BRH Finance Chair, Shawn Morrow, BRH CEO, and Garth Hamblin, BRH CFO will present the BRH FY12 Revised Budget. The BRH presentation is included in your packet.

The AFC should make a recommendation to the full Assembly to accept the FY12 Revised BRH budget.

VII. Juneau Economic Development Council (pp. 12 - 29)
Brian Holst, JEDC Executive Director, will present JEDC’s request for $375,000 in core funding support from the CBJ. JEDC is currently budgeted to receive $250,000 from the CBJ. Included in the packet is information on how the additional funding would be used and a presentation on JEDC’s current operations and accomplishments.
