IV. Provisionally Approved Items
At its April 28, 2010 meeting, the AFC provisionally approved the funding for the Juneau Festival Committee, the Douglas 4th of July Committee, Juneau Arts and Humanities Council and Juneau Small Business Development Council. The amounts provisionally approved are already included in the FY11 and FY12 Proposed Budgets. See the Provisionally Approved Items List included in your packet for the specific amounts.

Action is required to formally approve these items for inclusion in the FY11 Adopted and FY12 Approved Budgets.

V. Pending Items 
During the course of budget deliberations for the FY11 and FY12 Proposed Budgets, the AFC reviewed requests for additional funding from various organizations. The Pending Items List includes all items the AFC moved for consideration. See the Pending Items List included in your packet for the specific amounts.

Included in your packet is information (not previously presented) from the Juneau School District on the funding request for items outside of the DEED cap.

VII. Ordinance 2010-15, An Ordinance Amending the Land Use Code Relating to Fees for Land Use Actions
This ordinance was introduced at the April 26, 2010 Assembly Meeting. Mr. Sanford requested that all fee and license increases be reviewed by the Assembly Finance Committee. The introduced ordinance and an explanation on the fee increases are included in your packet.

VIII. Juneau School District Bond Request
The Juneau School District School Board is requesting that two capital projects be included on the October 2010 ballot. Both of the projects are eligible for 70% reimbursement from the State of Alaska under the Alaska School Construction Bond Debt Reimbursement Program. The projects are:
