Committee's FY05 request. Enclosed in your packet is a summary of the FY02
and FY03 actuals, the FY04 budget and projected actuals and the FY05 request.

Committee's 2003 Federal tax return.
V. Juneau Economic Development
Council (JEDC)
The grant request
is for $143,000, which is $37,000 less than the FY04 amount of $180,000. The
amount in the FY05 budget is $143,000. Lance Miller, Executive Director; will
give a presentation
on JEDC's 2003 performance, current programs and projects and a look into the
future. Enclosed in your packet is the presentation.
VI. Juneau Convention and
Visitors Bureau (JCVB)
Lorene Palmer, Executive Director, will give a presentation on JVCB's FY05 budget.
Materials will be distributed at the AFC meeting.
VII. Mayor
and Assembly Budget
Enclosed in the packet is the Mayor and Assembly's FY05 and FY06 Proposed "line
item" budgets with FY03 actuals and FY04 budget and projected actuals for
comparison purposes. Also included in your packet is information prepared by
Laurie Sica regarding FY04 year-to-date expenditures for the following Mayor
and Assembly accounts: Dues and Subscriptions, Travel, Mayor's Expense, Assembly
Meetings, Advisory Expenditures, Hospitality, Gifts and Contractual.
