An Ordinance Establishing the Intent of the City and Borough to Surplus a Lot Located on the West Side of Shelter Island Acquired by Tax Foreclosure from David Richard Ranck, and Finding That a Public Need Does Not Exist for this Property.

An Ordinance Amending The Disturbing The Peace Ordinance To Limit Construction Of Buildings And Projects On Legal Holidays.

An Ordinance Transferring $35,000 As Partial Funding For The Riverwood Subdivision Drainage Improvement Project. Such Funds Provided By The Water Department General Operations.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $553,000 As Partial Funding For The Acquisition Of Property Located Near The Herbert River. Such Funds Provided By The U. S. Fish And Wildlife Service – National Coastal Wetland Conservation Grant.

An Ordinance Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing The City And Borough To Issue General Obligation Bonds In The Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $12,600,000 To Finance Capital Improvements To The School Facilities Of The City And Borough, And Providing For The Submission To The Qualified Voters Of The City And Borough At A Special Election Of A Proposition As To Whether Or Not The City And Borough Should Incur Such Indebtedness And Issue Such Bonds For Such Purposes.

B.  Ordinance 2002-18(AW)
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $100,000 As Partial Funding For The Terminal Expansion Study At The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds Provided By The Passenger Facility Charges.
