Regular Rate--for conventions, government agency events, and any others that do not qualify for the Local Non-Profit rate. Local Non-Profit Rate 501(c)(3) -- 25% room rental discount for events with more than a 50% local attendance, sponsored by non-profit organizations with the City and Borough of Juneau.  This should be a 3-digit, numbered certificate issued by the CBJ Sales Tax Division.  For more information call the Sales Tax Division at (907)-586-5265..
