2003 Building Code Adoption

Latest Event: Ordinance 2004-31 to repeal and reenact Title 19, the Building Code Regulations was approved by the Assembly on October 11, 2004. The ordinance was effective for new permit applications and enforcement cases on November 11, 2004. The following model codes, as modified by CBJ Title 19, are now in effect:
