Land Use Code Update
This web site has been created to encourage public participation, and to allow all interested parties to participate in the rewrite process. Meeting information will be posted here, as well as advertised in the newspaper and other venues. Staff reports, maps, and other background materials will also be posted here. There is also a place for you to add your comments on existing and any proposed revisions to Title 49 in the Comments link below.
The existing Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, forms and maps, are posted in the Community Development Department section of the CBJ site.
We encourage you to review this web site, as it will be updated with new information on a regular basis. The CBJ’s Land Use Code is an important tool that plays a large role in determining how the CBJ will look in the future by the way it guides new construction and development today.
