General Description

"This wood frame, one-and-one-half story rectangular structure (36.5' x 27.5') has a cross-gable roof covered in delta rib metal roofing. The foundation is concrete with a partial basement. The exterior walls are clad in coursed wood shingle siding. Architectural elements include a shed roofed roof dormer, double-hung windows with wide trim, and a pediment over the front entry door. The building retains its historic integrity despite the metal roof. It is a contributing element to the architectural and historic unity of the neighborhood. It is a contributing structure within the Chicken Ridge Historic District."
