Note: Most forms are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and must be downloaded, printed, completed and faxed or delivered to the Permit Center for processing.

    ONLINE FORMS

• Building Permit Application ONLINE!!!  (Apply for most Building or Utility Permits online.)   A printable Building Permit Application form is located below.

• Building Permit Inspection Request ONLINE!!!
  (request an inspection for a Building or Utility Permit which has been issued)

• Development Permit Application -(must be included with printed building permit application)

• Building Permit Application - Printable form - (must also submit a Development Permit Application and often a Grading Permit Checklist)
  Try our Interview Process and you can skip this and the Development Permit Application form.  Just ask a Permit Technician at our front counter. 
  Or fill out the ONLINE Building Permit Application and avoid all the paperwork!

• Grading Permit Checklist - (use to describe the excavation and fill proposed on a lot)

• Water Line Information - (use whenever a project changes the plumbing system - indicates plumbing fixtures, water supply, water pressure and distances)

• Noise Permit Application - (to allow operation of heavy construction equipment past 10:00 pm or earlier than 7:00 am weekdays and 9:00 am weekends)

• Special Inspection Form - (for approval of qualified special inspectors required for specialized and continuous inspections)  Writable .pdf version

• Fast Track Authorization Form - (use to request acceptance of a permit application for a new building when plans are not complete. Phased review without expedited treatment)

• Early Start Authorization Form - (use to request expedited plan review of the foundation only if plans are complete and have not been reviewed after 10 days)

•   Expedited Residential Plan Review - Description and checklist to expedite residential plan 
       review.

• Special Expedited Authorization Form - (use to request expedited treatment of a portion of a project which does not fit Fast Track or Early Start and approval will not affect future approvals)

• Grading Authorization Form - (use to request authorization to proceed with the grading portion of a building permit application prior to full building permit issuance)

• CCFR (Fire Dept) Authorization Form - (use for fire alarm and fire protection system reviews associated with work covered under a building permit.  Fire alarm systems or fire protection systems as a stand alone permit will use the regular building permit application.)

• Code Modification Form - (use to request a modification or alternate material or method of complying with the building codes)

• Modular Home Inspection Form - (use to report in-factory inspections of modular homes)

• Commercial/Multifamily Prefab Inspection Form - (use to report in-factory inspections of prefabricated commercial buildings including multifamily [4 or more units] residential buildings)

• Smoke & CO Detector - In Lieu of Inspection Form - (use to self-certify inspection of residential smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.)

• Request for Public Records - (use to request photocopies of public records.)
